Wood River Run/Walk Form

here is the download for the run/walk form. if you want to print it out from here i hope it's easier. it will only work for one week and then i can rehost it. it was in the sunbeam last week and i will have copies in Wood River this week at several places. By the way, I emailed it in to have the copies made and somehow the font got switched in cyberspace and when I picked up the forms they have hearts all over the font. Just for clarification, I did not use some goofy font. I don't know what happened. Have a good week, Heather.
