Day 3

Just checking in, wish I felt better but i'm draggin today. I went up to the high school and walked 3 miles but i feel like i could just go back to bed. I hope everyone doing the cleanse is doing good. i am not doing a good job as a "faux leader" because i've been so tired. Try reading Kris' blog everyday. She had a great post about gluten yesterday. She has some great suggestions today if you feel like you're hitting a wall! http://crazysexylife.com . I am going in tomorrow for blood draw and to see if they can look at my neck/throat area that is really sore. Hope it's nothing but since that's where some of the tumors are it's hard to think that.
