Serious!

WOW..I am a little skeptical if I can do this or not...here are my reasons...
What will you be eliminating AND what will you replace it with?

1. Coffee-I am more addicted to my vanilla creamer...
2. Alcohol...I could do this one!
3. Refined sugars-ouch
4. Processed starches-sounds like something I iron with, did not know I ate it!
5. Gluten-this reminds me of an old Def Leopard song...Gunter glieben glauchen globen- rock of ages!
6. Dairy-this one scares me
7. Meat (OR reduce to 2x per week)-yikes..I'm an old farm girl!
8. Negativity-I can do this
9. Inactivity-I can also do this
10. Disconnect to your Divinity-? huh

Replace with….
1. Herbal tea, green or white tea, Yerba Mate-what is Yerba Mate?
2. Water w/lemon, kombucha-ok
3. Stevia, Agave, or Yacon- are you sure they did not mean BACON?
4. Whole Grains that are gluten-free- I love cheerios
5. Nut milks, nut cheeses and other alternatives-how about just nuts!
6. Beans, sprouts, leafy greens, nuts, seeds, vegan protein powder, superfoods and other sources of protein.-With Dorothy Lynch?
7. Meditation-Couldn't hurt...
8. Prayer-for sure
9. Affirmation-yes
10. Yoga & sweat!-not a big fan of sweating!

I will do my best-because I think you are the best! It is the least I can do....
